DESIGN STRATEGY

 

We evaluate the problem with multiple strategies. Some of the questions asked for each project include:

 

· What is the cycle of use?

· What is the lowest first cost?

· What is the life-time cost?

· Which system has the lowest operating cost?

· What system will have the lowest maintenance?

· Which system requires minimal staff training?

· Is the system easy to use?

· How can we keep the system quiet?

· Are components easy to replace or upgrade?

· How are outside air requirements met?

 

Above all we ask,

 

· Will the users be pleased with the system?

 

When we have reviewed all of the above considerations and listened to owner needs, we proceed.
